SESSIONS
The
duration of each session is three months. There are three sessions in an
academic year. Students may join the courses only at the start of any session
in the following months:
First Session: January
Second Session: June
Third Session: September
CLASS TIMINGS
Each
class is of two hours duration. Classes are held in the mornings and evenings
as follows:
Morning classes: 7.30 A.M to 9.30 A.M
Day classes: 10.00 A.M to 12.00 noon
Evening classes: 5.30 P.M to 7.30 P.M
ADMISSION SCHEDULE
The
admission process begins about one month before the start of the session. The
actual dates for issue for of application forms, admissions and other necessary
information can be obtained from the blog: http://rkmath-rkmath.blogspot.in/ or from the institutes’ notice board.
1.
The course for
the Spoken English is of 4 sessions: Basic, Junior, Senior and Advanced levels.
2.
The course for
the German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Sanskrit and Hindi languages is of 4
sessions: 1st Junior, 2nd Junior, 1st Senior
and 2nd Senior. German & Sanskrit courses have an additional
Diploma of two (2) levels.
3.
Each session is
of three months duration (approximately 36 classes). Classes are held thrice a
week on alternate days as follows:
MWF - Mon, Wed, Fri or TTS – Tues, Thurs, Sat.
4.
Each class is of
about two hours duration: Students enter the institute 15 minutes before the
commencement.
5.
Apart from the
application fee (Rs.100), applicants for beginners course will pay the
following amount at the time of admission ( inclusive of tuition fee,
examination fee and textbooks supplied by the institute)
6.
Students may opt
for classes either TTS or MWF batches. The information about Languages, Fees, batch
codes, class days and timings are given in the table below.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
1.
Candidate must
come in person to purchase the application form only on the date notified on
the institute notice board and website.
2.
Candidates should
fill up the application form only after reading the prospectus thoroughly.
3.
The minimum
qualification required to join is SSC pass.
4.
The minimum age
limit for obtaining application form is above 17 years, the maximum age limit is
50 years.
5.
For Spoken English – Preference will be
given to the students who have scored less marks in English at SSC level.
6.
For Spoken English the original SSC pass memo and any
photo identification i.e. original driving licence, voter ID, passport etc.
must be shown for obtaining application form.
7.
In case they don’t have original SSC pass memo they
should bring a letter of consent and an attested Photo copy of the original
memo from principal. They should also bring the valid identity card.
8.
For German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Sanskrit
and Hindi languages the photocopy of pass certificate (minimum SSC pass
memo) and any photo identification i.e. original licence, voter ID, passport
etc. must be shown for obtaining application form.
9.
We receive more
then 10,000 applications for Spoken
English Course and we have around 3,500 seats. We publish the name of the
selected candidate on the notified date on the Institution notice board and
also on our blog http://rkmath-rkmath.blogspot.in/.
10. The selected candidates should come in person for
admission on the scheduled date.
11. For Spoken
English – candidates will write a classification test on the day of
admission, based on which they will be admitted either to Basic of Junior course.
Important
Note:
1.
Please take an application form ONLY if you can come
to classes on time i.e. 7.15 a.m. for morning classes or 9.45 a.m. for Day
classes or 5.15 p.m. for evening classes.
2.
We are extremely
particular about punctuality. Students are advised to reach the Institute 15
minutes before the commencement of class.
3.
Only four leaves are permitted in the entire session
of 3 months (approximately 36 classes). If a student exceeds this limit his /
her admission shall be cancelled automatically without any prior notice.
4.
Candidates are
not permitted to join more than one language in a session.
5.
Classes start
with a 10 minutes prayer. Attending the
prayer is compulsory.
6.
Latecomers are not permitted to attend classes.
7.
Students are
requested to dress in a decent manner befitting the sanctifying atmosphere of
the Institute and the Math. Gaudy dresses, T-Shirts/Shirts/ Pants with Writing
on pictures on them are NOT
Permitted.
8.
Jeans /T-Shirts
/Tops /Sleeveless dresses etc. for girls strictly NOT Permitted.
9.
Identity cards
and Prayer books issued by the Institute MUST
be shown to the attendant DAILY before entering the Institute. Students without
identity cards and prayer books are allowed to attend classes. They may study
in the library.
10. Students are not permitted to leave the Institute
before the end of the class, except on health grounds. They should leave the
Institute within 10 minutes after the end of the classes. They must not loiter
on the Math premises either before or after the classes.
11. Cell phones must be switched off before entering the
Institute. If any student is found using a cell phone within the Institute, the
phone will be confiscated / admission will be cancelled.
12. Students will attend classes only in the section
allotted to them. Change in the section or the batch will not be permitted.
13. Farewell parties, photography are not permitted in the
Institute. Radios, cameras, tape records, laptops etc are strictly prohibited
within the Institute premises.
